Clean, but unhelpful.

Amazing location & budgeted and staff is very polite and restaurant is also good & very helpful staff. Location is in center so you can visit Kashi Vishwnath temple by walking. but if you want to go out it becoming difficult as it is nearby temple so road become closed so sometime you have walk lil

Stayed here recently and had such a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and had a very peaceful vibe. What really stood out was the warm welcome — the staff was incredibly courteous and attentive, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The food was delicious, felt both comforting and thoughtfully prepared. Every interaction, from check-in to meals, felt personal and genuine-special thanks to Rohit, Jyoti, and Sujeet. Truly a welcoming place with warm-hearted people. Would definitely love to return!

Very Good Hotel with comfortable Rooms. Location is best for Vishwanath temple Darshan and Ganga Aarti. There is a pure veg restaurant inside the hotel that serves good south indian food as well.

Its a good hotel in the main city center. Location is very close to Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Ganga Aarti. Rooms are decent. Not very luxury but comfortable. There is a restaurant which serves good north indian and south indian food. Best part is the location. Staff was also very helpful.

It"s not worthy to spend this much amount for the amenities and services provided by the hotel.

We had a wonderful experience for our 2 days stay here.It is located very near to Kash Vishwanath Temple.Our Favourite Kashi Chat Bhandar is also at 100 meters distance.Special thanks to Shri Udit Mitra and Ritik Chaurasia for their support and guidance . Hope to visit this Hotel again

Great Location, in the heart of the city, very close to the Kashi Vishwanath temple. Amazing staff, very helpful. Food is also great. Would always recommend HVH hotel for great service.

I paid in your booking link you guys charged double ( same day while room check ing walk in coustomer booked for direct ) you guys made us to pay odd al most double you collected and you know the room we got 306 no and room stinking with fungus all over ceiling and wall and bath room too old how you guys create review. break fast empty by 9 am and no place to sit room coustomer, kitchen if you see u will understand. and my stay is pathetic 2 room booked really waste of money. you guys only behind money and you people not see how hotel condition and every year you guys check room condition.i will share Twitter and other online portal your mistake sure we can't able speak all you do online and spoil our tour and stay and money I paid could have get 4 to 5 star hotel

Staff are very generous, ready to help. Room was hygienic & well maintained. It was near to Kashi Viswanath temple & the ghats.

Hotel was the best near Jangamvadi road. It is located in a prime location close to Kashi Vishwanath temple, Lahiri Mahasaya house, ghats, great shops nearby, great street foods etc. But the hotel is having great spacious rooms, clean and with good staffs around who are supportive. Restaurant is attached. Only problem was that because of high number of visitors during Maha Kumbh festival, the varieties on food were not enough.

Room was clean and comfortable. Food offered during breakfast and dinner could have been better. Room service could also be better.
