It is a motel, not a hotel, very far from Milan, which was the intention of my search on the website. I booked it for my son and wife who were disappointed as the movement of cars in and out scared them.

The property on the website is very misleading. It's basically providing services as a motel and a hotel. So if you were to choose an economy room you are simply living in a motel. I was under the impression that I will be getting a hotel room but instead I was lodging in an area which is outside the main hotel building and reception. Something which I was not comfortable with. It self unsafe.
The motel does not have a lift so you have to drag your bag up a flight of stairs.
The room is poorly lit and could use some extra lighting.
The motel room has a door for housekeeping to access and they were just a nuisance and noisy. We could smell cigarette smoke coming out of the housekeeping door.
The room was serviced okay but the restroom was terrible, There were dirty towels in the restroom and the overall cleanliness of the restroom was very shabby. Also the toilet seat was wobbly, it tilted to one side when in use.
Advice for travelers is not to be fooled by the lower rates on travel platforms and you would be better served by paying a higher price more closer to the city center.
I checked out after the first night of my stay. Hotel management wanted to charge a premium if we were to move in the hotel building however given our initial experience we just did not think it was worth it.
Not a 4 star property. Well at least not based on the service that I received. I have pictures to share on request as needed.

Checked into room that did not have working AC. Had to wait about an hour while the single person on staff first said he would call for assistance to fix (turns out he never called). When we came back to address the issue an hour later, he said there was nothing we could do and he had no other rooms available for us. Thankfully, the attendant to came on around 23:30 was much more helpful and was able to move us to another room with worming AC. However, this resulted in a very poor night of sleep as we only completed the move into the new room by approximately 01:00.

Lasciate stare, personale pessimo,scortese ed ineducato. Sono venuto qui per prenotare una stanza da solo ma per una persona sola la stanza non la danno, a detto loro per tutelarsi fossi in loro cambierei mestiere, una vergogna perché per un po’ di relax qualcuno deve per forza trovare altre sistemazioni addio.

In generale l'hotel ci è piaciuto molto soprattutto per la cordialità e la gentilezza del receptionist. Abbiamo optato per la camera del motel che ci è stata molto comoda soprattutto per quanto riguarda il box auto coperto, direttamente attaccato alla porta di ingresso della nostra stanza che si trova al primo piano. Stanza 108 in particolare. Abbiamo usufruito del bollitore per farci un tè caldo, del WiFi e della TV. L'unica pecca è stato il riscaldamento che probabilmente era preimpostato a 24° e si moriva di caldo. Comunque piuttosto risolvibile utilizzando il termostato i regolando la temperatura. Una cosa da aggiungere È che purtroppo dal corridoio si sentivano spesso le voci del cameriere che tendevano a disturbare il nostro sonno di mattina. Camera e bagno puliti. bagno moderno. Spazzolini e dentifricio nuovi in camera e vari prodotti per la detersione. Acqua e limone a disposizione nella hall dell'albergo. Ambiente caldo e accogliente. Colazione piuttosto varia che va dal senza glutine, al salato piuttosto che il classico dolce con brioche e torte. Frutta caffetteria e succhi a volontà così come yogurt e cereali.

La parte motel è interessante, bene lo spazio per l’auto, bene il letto comodo, ok per il riscaldamento autonomo, da rivedere il bagno, piccolo, senza un appoggio per sapone o altro nella doccia…. Veramente scomodo.. lo spazio per gli abiti ampio ma senza una panca per appoggiare valigie.. (scomodo e poco igienico.. una parte della stanza è smontata è lasciata così.. manca una coperta aggiuntiva per il letto… infine poco pratico per chi sta nella zona Motel l’accesso alla sala colazioni… ( P.s colazione di buon livello )
