Uma falta de organização total. Meu marido fez a reserva para ele e resolvi ir também e me cobraram uma taxa extra de R$170 reais a mais no quarto. Não bastasse a alta taxa, minha decepção começou na recepção com a antipatia da atendente. Chegando ao quarto, limpeza precária, vista para uma parede que tinha mais fezes de pombo do que tinta. O cofre não funcionava, o controle da tv tbm não e o ar condicionado tinha um barulho horrível. Pedi na recepção para resolverem e nada foi feito. Na outra semana, fui da mesma forma e me cobraram uma taxa de R$70 reais. Disseram que a primeira taxa foi maior pq o hotel estava com a ocupação alta… mas não era o que parecia. E novamente a decepção com a estrutura do quarto e limpeza: roupas de cama rasgadas; cabelos e pêlos no chão do banheiro e no box; tudo que eu mexia estava quebrado ou mal colocado; muitas traças pelo teto do banheiro. Para fechar com chave de ouro, uma pessoa deixou um envelope com uma chave na recepção, para que fosse entregue aos meus cuidados e simplesmente os recepcionistas não achavam o envelope. Pedi para procurarem e os recepcionistas Naiara e Leonardo disseram que nada havia sido entregue na recepção. Fiquei quase meia hora tentando resolver, liguei para a pessoa que havia deixado a chave e ela confirmou que havia entregue na recepção. A recepcionista Naiara, bastante antipática, dizia que a chave não havia sido entregue, que não havia nada lá, que as chaves deviam ter sido entregues em outro lugar ou que não haviam sido entregues. Meu marido ligou insistentemente para resolver o problema, tentou falar com a gerente, mas a recepcionista disse que ela estava de férias e depois que desligou o telefone disse em tom baixo: “ que pessoa chata”. O supervisor Leonardo tbm veio ao telefone e depois de conversar com meu marido, veio dizer que a pessoa no telefone era mal educada e que duvidava da organização do hotel, sem saber que era com meu marido que ele estava falando. Depois de todo esse episódio e de passado quase meia hora, a recepcionista Naiara vai atrás da recepção e volta em 5 segundos com o envelope com as chaves na mão. Realmente, meu marido estava certo ao dizer pelo telefone ao supervisor que eles não tinham nenhuma organização. Enfim, nunca mais me hospedo nesse hotel e ficarei sempre com um pé atrás com outros hotéis da rede Whyndam, pois a falta de higiene dos quartos, a falta de educação e antipatia dos recepcionistas, a falta de organização, a falta de manutenção deixam muito a desejar.

We stayed here for one night and it was good. Room is simple. When we entered the room there were scraps on the wall and the picture was hanging sideways. So not a good first impression. The soaps/ shampoo provided are cheap and so was the toilet roll!! Lol. It was almost see through. I used the gym facilities which were ok. The hotel is next door to the shopping mall which is a major perk!! We spent a bit of time there :) Overall it was a good experience and I would book again.

The hotel is very clean and clean , but my hotel note is reasonable because I paid for the smiles site by miles . I had a serious problem because on day out 26/12/2022 and at the reception I was informed that my stay was not finished, I informed the receptionist that I had paid in miles and showed all the evidence , Even the hotel had all the booking data and conscious that had been paid for miles , but the receptionist had never finished a stay through miles, said I had to pass my card to release . I have to pay with my credit card to be released . This is how I have to pay for the hotel stay twice . Now I have to get my money back here . I think the hotel should be more prepared to receive guests paying miles or they should not give them this option.
