Blazer Suites Hotel

We have stayed here year after year. My husband and I call it Athens hidden gem. The staff the very best part of the hotel - from the front desk, room service, cleaning crew to Chelsea, the friendly pup, we absolutely adore this property. The breakfast every morning from 7-11 is on par with the best hotels in Athens and the rooms are massive compared to the 2x4 you’ll get at the Margi down the road. Always a pleasure. Nice hotel with spacious rooms, great service and close to the beach, restaurants, etc. Breakfast was great, the pool was small but properly sized for the number of guests. The gym was above average for a hotel this size and the staff was very friendly and service minded; taxi bookings, restaurant reservations, great cleaning service, access to business lounge and printer, etc. Had a great stay.

After staying in Athens centre we moved onto the Blazer Suites Hotel for a week. We absolutely loved the staff at the hotel, who could not do more for you. They really made our trip feel very special and luxurious! The room was clean and tidy, and more spacious than we thought it would be. Breakfast was lovely. The pool was great, although most of it is very deep which made it more suitable for older children, but our littlest played on the large steps and still enjoyed it. We knew the apartment was on a busy road so we were expecting it, but I hadn’t realised how unusable it would make the balcony. The road noise was very loud when you opened the two doors (luckily these doors made the room itself fairly quiet despite the heavy traffic). Also, a huge section of the beachfront is under construction directly opposite the hotel which made it less pleasant. I was expecting footpaths opposite that would take you along the beachfront with access to the beach/sea. In reality it’s mainly small beaches you have to pay to get onto, and there is little general access to the sea around Glyfada unless we missed something. The walk to town was fairly short but the pavements and high curbs made it heavy going for our trike. Overall it is a fantastic hotel that is slightly let down by its position, but not enough to not recommend it. Many of these issues will be problems for other hotel and I felt that, for the price, it would be hard to beat the Blazer Suites. We had a lovely holiday!

This was not our first stay at Blazer. Rooms. Big enough. Great TV that can stream Netflix Kitchenette small. No dishwasher Not that we wanted to cook or anything but if you had another couple over we didn't want to do stuff by hand Bathroom however is very small. Lounge area great with wide balcony Staff are great. Lidia was so good. Breakfast is also fantastic. Great range of food inc egg station and good fruit options Fantastic pool Location in Glyfada for us is v good as you can access the Athens Riviera easily Overall it's had a recent renovation as well. So presents well and does everything well. Just a couple of areas like the lift and corridors let it down

We stayed at Blazer Suites as a family of 4 for several days in July. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and well equipped. The suites were large enough to comfortably accommodate our family and included a small kitchen and several balconies. They also included a small gift which was a nice touch. The pool area was gorgeous. Having traveled to Greece several times, the breakfast here was one of the best we’ve ever had. In addition, every single person who worked here from the young ladies in the breakfast and bar area, to the men helping out in the breakfast area, the housekeeping ladies, as well as each member of the front desk staff were top notch. They always were kind with a welcoming smile! This was some of the best service I’ve ever encountered. A special thank you to the brothers whose family owns and runs this special hotel. They do a wonderful job and offer an oasis of relaxation. We hope to be back soon!

Stayed at this hotel during the Easter holidays, although we know the area very well this was our first time at this hotel. The hotel is very easy to find as it is on the main coastal road on the Athenian Riviera heading towards central Athens, we used the X96 airport bus and the bus stop is next to the hotel. We also chose this hotel as the location was perfect for our needs, we wanted to be close to the centre of Athens which is easily accessible by bus or tram (our personal choice as the last stop is just past the hotel). We also wanted to be close to the other suburban coastal areas which include Glyfada (very close by), Vouliagmeni and Kavouri. Once inside the hotel, check-in was smooth and we were greeted with a very warm welcome. The hotel itself is very clean and worthy of its four star rating. As the title suggests the suites (not rooms) were very spacious with a separate bedroom and lounge/kitchen, very tastefully furnished and immaculately clean. The bathroom is a touch on the small side but was not an issue. There is also a good sized balcony, though as you are on a busy main rood this was constantly busy though watching the standard of driving in Athens was in itself quite entertaining! I should stress though that the patio doors are fully double glazed and kept the noise to a minimum in the rooms. We stayed on a bed & breakfast basis and the food was varied with plenty of choice and the restaurant area was also very clean and relaxed. To the back of the hotel is a very nice pool area with plenty of comfy sunbeds. There is also a small gym on site. The staff were all a credit to the hotel and were very attentive and always happy to help (this included my initial e-mail queries which were promptly responded to) and this helped to create a very warm atmosphere in the hotel. Must not forget the hotel mascot, Chelsea (the dog) who was also very friendly and would always come and say hello! Apart from having great transport links there is also a supermarket a few minutes away which has plenty to offer and is very reasonably priced. Of all the hotels in this area that we have stayed in, this was without doubt the best hotel yet and would highly recommend and would have no hesitation in staying here again when next in Athens.

Outstanding from start to finish, this hotel surprised and delighted us. Great staff, wonderful breakfast, super clean rooms and a lovely pool to enjoy. The drinks on arrival were much appreciated and the extended check out a lovely gesture !

This was a perfect hotel for our family. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and you were greeted by a nice smell as soo.man as you walked through the door. The food in the breakfast buffet was lovely and appealed to my children aged 7 to 17. It is very closed to Glyfada shopping area which has lots of restaurants and there are supermarkets close to the area too. I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay here again if we come back.
