Hotel Excelsior

Our goal was to spend a week in Vasto and we chose from twenty hotel estimates in the area. This was actually ranked second (the first was already full) but it proved to be very good. It's a real four-star hotel, elegant, extremely clean, a restaurant where you can't wish for more: side dish and fruit buffets that alone are worth a lunch, a well-stocked breakfast and extremely fresh products, even for those with allergies and intolerances, fruit and desserts for lunch and dinner, water and wine always included. We took a family room which was really a double room with a bathroom bigger than the one at home, fridge and safe. Daily cleaning and change of towels done by highly professional people (always with lab coat, gloves, mask and hair cap!). Of course there is something that needs to be said or fixed. For the record, I point out the distance from the center (it is necessary to take the car) even if most of the hotels in Vasto are in the extreme suburbs like this one. Total absence of animation: in the evening, all you have to do is enjoy some fresh air... The pool has no lifeguard in the morning: certainly dangerous (I don't know if there is any law that requires it) The bottles of water that you find in the fridge are paid (cost two euros each) without any warning: one already finds them in the fridge and thinks it is a courtesy but it is not ... In the corridors there are "electric shoe cleaners" with schuco socket forcefully inserted into the Italian socket = very dangerous because they have a metal handle and the earth is not connected. This thing makes me very strange because during the verification of the electrical system these are things that are highlighted and recorded...

I spent two nights in this hotel with my wife. we stayed in a deluxe room. Honestly, I was expecting something more. The room was small with minimal furniture. negative notes of the room, the very small TV, toilet facilities a little uncomfortable. Also our room facing the street, you couldn't keep the window open as you could hear the noise of trucks and cars. Good breakfast.

Nonostante la breve pianificazione da parte mia ho trovato un’ottima sistemazione per me la mia compagna e la mia cagnolina. Un hotel pulito e confortevole, con personale cortese gentile e professionale. Avendo scelto la sola prima colazione non posso esprimermi per la cucina. La colazione è ottima e variegata con cibi freschi e di qualità. L’arredo interno è molto curato

Hotel con parcheggio, struttura modera, personale gentilissimo e professionale, camera ampia così come il bagno, pulizia perfetta, letto comodissimo, smart tv grande, frigobar con acqua offerta dall’hotel. Sapone per il corpo, per l’igiene intima, asciugamani di ottima fattura. Colazione super,sia dolce con anche torte fatte in casa, sia salato, con salumi, uova etc. Consigliatissimo

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel in un viaggio di lavoro e lo considero tra i migliori della costa abruzzese. Le stanze e i bagni moderni, la pulizia impeccabile, e il letto molto confortevole sono il biglietto da visita. Personale sia alla reception che in sala a dir poco accogliente e professionale e soprattutto attento alle esigenze del cliente. Colazione superiore alla media (che generalmente è molto bassa) degli hotel frequentati tra Pescara e Vasto. La scelta è abbastanza varia e va dal dolce (forse alcuni sono troppo dolci) al salato, la frutta è fresca e buona (in molti hotel è di infima qualità) come ampia è la scelta dei tea. Grande nota di merito è che le spremute d’arancia e le centrifughe sono comprese nel prezzo
