Welcome to your home away from home. This inviting, happy home is spacious, bright, comfortable, and situated in a quiet neighborhood - conveniently located to 3 nearby beaches and the historic downtown Venice. The home is newly renovated with an open floor plan and private pool. The master bedroom and en-suite has a king-sized bed. Second bedroom offers your choice of bed configuration with the option for two XL twin beds which can be pushed together to create the equivalent of a king-sz bed. You’ll have access to the entire place, please make yourself at home. The home was completely renovated and furnished in 2022. The space is ideal for one or two couples, a family of three or four, small groups, or solo travelers. The two bedrooms are situated at opposite ends of the home for maximum privacy. The open space floor plan offers the ability for guests to be together in the same space without feeling crowded. The pool is great for cooling off on a hot day. It is 4.5 feet deep at the deep end. It is more of a plunge, play, and float pool than a lap pool. *The pool does have a chill in the winter months and can be heated if desired for an added fee*. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 - Master suite features 1 king bed. Bedroom 2 - 2 XL twin beds which can be pushed together for the equivalent of 1 king-size bed, depending on your needs. Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms. Master suite bathroom features walk-in shower. Second bathroom features tub and shower. Both bathrooms include blow dryers, plush cotton towels, Everyone brand hand and body soap/shampoo. * Kitchen: fully stocked with stainless steel pots & pans, knives, silicone utensils, toaster oven, serving ware, dish ware, flatware, microwave, gas range, oven, dishwasher, and more. * Living Room: 2 flat screen 4K smart UHDTVs, comfy sofas, electric fireplace. * Coffee and Tea: drip coffeemaker, French press, hot water kettle. * Dining: seating available indoors for four at the kitchen island and at the dining table, additional seating for four in the Florida room. * Laundry: washer and dryer located in garage. * Internet: High speed 493 MBSP. You’ll have access to the entire place, please make yourself at home. Should guests desire a workspace, there is small table and chair stored in the bedroom closet for easy access and set up. Loved the little touches The home was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need for cooking your meals. It was obvious that the owners wanted to create a homie atmosphere for guests.

Comfort & Niceties Josh & Jennifer’s home is very comfortable, inviting and nicely appointed. Communication was top notch, and checkin/checkout was easy. The pool is exactly what was needed to unwind a little.
