Room: The facilities were new and the decor was beautiful, but the so-called small suite was smaller than I expected, and there wasn't enough space for toiletries in the bathroom sink, which was very inconvenient. Location: Excellent. It's right next to major luxury stores and only a few hundred meters from St. Mark's Square, very convenient. Service: Overall, the experience was poor. A hotel at this price should provide a warm, welcoming, and welcoming atmosphere. For example, upon arrival, I felt the room was too small and wanted to upgrade to a suite of the next level. The staff member who showed me to the room gave a completely perfunctory answer, saying it would cost an additional 800 euros per day (upcharge), meaning the room rate would be nearly 2000 euros per day. The promised breakfast boxes would be left at the front desk, but they weren't prepared at all. The front desk staff showed no remorse, offered no remedial measures, and offered no compensation. Because the room rate was very high, the breakfast fee was also high, costing several hundred yuan for two people. Although it's not a huge issue, the service was completely disproportionate to the hotel's high price, resulting in a very poor experience. Breakfast: Very poor. There were only two set meals to choose from. The waiters were rushed and impatient when taking orders, and the food was also poor. I requested single-sided, but what arrived was double-sided, overcooked, and tasted terrible. In short, if this hotel is at this price point, I would absolutely not recommend it. Aside from the facilities, the service made me feel uncomfortable overall. The staff's enthusiasm felt fake and insincere, making me feel quite cold. The overall experience was terrible, and I certainly wouldn't choose this hotel again.
