Monti Guesthouse

These are scammers!!! I booked a room back in October 2025. My card was charged immediately. Before checking in, I registered and paid a tourist tax of 4 euros per day. They sent me passwords for the front door and the apartment. When I entered the apartment, I found out there was no key to my room. My friend, who speaks Italian, called the owner, who said my room was occupied. He offered to move us to another hotel. When we arrived, it turned out to be just a hotel, not the apartment I was expecting. They gave us a terrible room that smelled of chemicals, the hairdryer and TV didn't work, and the shower and toilet were tiny. I had to contact support, and they offered to move us to another hotel for an additional fee. But the owner eventually came and moved us to another, slightly better room. He brought a kettle and a microwave, which didn't heat anything. As compensation, he offered a free breakfast, which was very meager. I don't recommend this hotel at all. What if I had arrived at night??? Then I would have stayed on the street

It is located near the train station. It is very convenient to get to Venice. There is a good pizzeria nearby. 7 minutes walk to the supermarket. Inside the room there is everything you need. Check-in was smooth. The electronic key works. There is free parking on the same street. Of the shortcomings, I would like to note a very old sleeping place for a child. He was not comfortable.

The facility is easy to access and the directions are clear, the room itself with the facilities is not bad but it is dirty especially the sheets. We opened the closet to get an extra blanket and inside there was an eco system...
