Nice location above the chanel with a lot off gondolas traffic. We were very satisfied with the breakfast.

Amazing stay! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was super friendly, and the location is perfect — just minutes from Piazza San Marco. Breakfast was great, and everything felt welcoming. Highly recommend!”

The hotel was  centrally located, and can’t say enough about the staff who were friendly and very helpful with directions, maps, and suggestions.  Our room was clean and well kept, a little older and have to say the 3 star was fairly rated.  That said, we would stay here again.  Staff and location would win the day.

The hotel was easy to get to from the station and it was centrally located so we could walk to many places easily. The room had coffee and water facilities which was a nice addition after a long day.

Great location can walk to St Marks Square. Perfect for carnival. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was amazing.

Great was great location, but this hotel is more like a hostel, no lift, no amenities, no nothing, breakfast was mediocre at best. I wouldn't stay here again. Staff was very friendly though.

This hotel was fantastic for the price. Location was better than I could have hoped for. Breakfast was amazing and staff was very friendly. I will certainly stay here next time I’m in Venice.

We had a lovely 3 nights stay in this hotel. Breakfast was great and beyond our expectation. Staff were friendly and Matti stood out being so kind and helpful with all our inquiries. Facilities was good enough for our needs. Location was really excellent just walkable to St Mark's Basilica & its nearby attractions & water transportations to other pride of Venice. Thank you to the management of Hotel Mercurio, overall it's a thumbs up for us! 👍

The hotel is 10 minutes from St. Mark's Square (from there, you can easily reach the train, bus, and airport by boat). The room is small but cozy. Upon check-in, we were provided with slippers (a rarity in Europe), but there was no water or kettle. The new hotel had a positive experience. There is no elevator (like most hotels in Venice), so carrying large, heavy suitcases can be challenging.
