Arrived in Venice, it is quite a long walk from the train station. As per the picture, I thought the hotel was located on the lovely water front however that’s incorrect, the entrance is around the back, the bedrooms windows were boarded with no view. The first night the fire alarm went off, in a panic we leave the room as per other people to be asked “ where are you all going”? The fire alarm had been going off for 20minutes at midnight. We asked reception in the morning for then to just laugh it off and say false alarm. I main reason for staying in hotels is to have a good night sleep. Breakfast was good. Room is extremely outdated and nothing like the pictures. Two single beds pushed together. Small room. The hotel looked like it was going under renovation.

The hotel is located in front of the Venetian island. It’s a good time to check in on the first night.
The room is super small with 2 single beds arranged side by side.
On the second night, I asked to change rooms to the extra large room on the left.
The waiter has a nice attitude and proactively recommends restaurants

Very pleasant stay experience. In the off-season, we were upgraded to the Grand Canal View Room for free. The room is modern, high-class, spacious and beautiful, and there is a super-beautiful river-view terrace. The service is also very warm and attention to detail. Really a treasure hotel, highly recommended! ! !

First the staff at the front office was nice, we were offered a tour of a Murano glass factory which included a water taxi ride, we enjoyed this and were very appreciative. It shows the hotel was at one point was superb, however it needs a little update and some tender loving care. Being near the water, you can expect moisture however the matting inside the frame in our room had mold, we let the staff know when we left but it wasn't enough to ruin our trip or change rooms. We felt it was cold enough to avoid any issues.

The location was great, shopping, dining, transportation, and all of the hot spots were in walking distance.
The hotel is clean, the room was spacious, comfortable, and the shower had amazing water pressure.
My favorite part of this hotel was the hotel bar, there was live music, and great cocktails! The band was great, the bar was full, and it was a great way to end the evening.
The staff was friendly, helpful, and always available. This was a great hotel for our 2 night stay in Venice.
