I loved everything about the hotel. The location is closer to the train station. This made it easier to access and I did not have to drag my luggage across the city! The staff was personable and professional. My room was clean, warm and cozy and the breakfast was better than any hotel I have stayed at in the US. I will return the next time I am in Venice!

The hotel is not far from the Santa Lucia train station, and it takes 10 minutes to walk, but you need to cross two bridges to walk there, and it is a bit tiring to carry your luggage. If you don't want to cross the bridge with your luggage, you can take the No. 1 water bus, Riva de Biaso, one stop away, and then walk about 150 meters. The traffic is fairly convenient.
The hotel is an old house remodeled, the surrounding is very quiet, and the internal environment is clean and tidy. The family quadruple room we live in is not very spacious, but the mattress is very comfortable. The waiter was more attentive. We were afraid that the child would fall to the ground, so we blocked her with pillows.
The breakfast is a buffet, and the children like it very much.
