Stayed for the Easter weekend and couldn’t have been happier with the location! The room was clean, nice decor and shower was very good. We had a comfy good nights sleep for the 3nights, being on the 3rd floor helped. The staff are friendly and can’t do enough, especially the 1 day us having an early morning trip booked and we were able to have breakfast slightly earlier :-) The views are great from the breakfast room of Grand Canal and we got used to the stairs, which was no problem! Would happily stay here when we visit again.

Excellent experience for a couple . The hotel upgraded us for free to a “junior suite” room with a view of the Grand canal and the Rialto Bridge. The room was both extremely comfortable and clean. There was lots of space and it was amazing to open the window onto the Grand Canal and to hear the sound of the water at night. It was great to be able to check in an hour early and to be facilitated to leave our bags at the hotel for the day we checked-out. The receptionists were friendly and helpful.

It's my second time staying here. Compared to all other hotels with the Grand Canal view, nothing beats this hotel's price. The only downside is you have to be ok to climb long narrow steps as the hotel is located on top of the building without any elevator (it's an old building). But of course, the top view is the best!

Great location, reasonably comfortable bed, hot shower and lovely breakfast. Staff were excellent. A great place to stay for a long weekend.

We had lovely stay at this place. We were at the third floor in the corner. Very quiet, big room, nice shower and the room have everything that we need. AC that kept our room cool in hot days. Despite a lot of stairs we actually like it. It's like working out after your big dinner. Overall we love this hotel. We Will definitely stay again in the future. The staff was very friendly.

What I dont like on my stay is they always know when the guest is going out and going in. They are also very strict with visitors.
But if you’re okay with that, the place is very clean, comfortable and cozy. Friendly receptionist.

The Room was beautiful and the location was awesome. The Staff were very friendly and gave good recommendations for Cicchetti and dinner. Note: a good amount of stairs. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

An absolute jewel of a hotel right next to the Rialto Bridge. The room was charming, the staff was helpful and breakfast was delicious. The only thing to know before you book a room here is that it is on the third floor and the stairs are steep! Luckily that didn't stop us.

Beautiful hotel in a great location!!! The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, and we could walk basically anywhere in Venice comfortably. The water taxi was conveniently located nearby as well. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this hotel!
