Reviews of Rosa Salva Hotel

The room is super clean, and huge. I love the hotel with a fridge, with the bottle water, yoghurt and juice are all provided free! Not to mention the coffee and tea provided in the room. The location is great! Only a few minutes to the pier - Railto. Only cross one little bridge, the road is easy to walk. Good restaurants all around.

Stayed at Rosa Salva hotel in Venice which was beautiful. The room is very spacious and warm. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well, helping us to safekeep our luggages after check out and also giving us directions. Had such a great time in Venice and at this hotel with my husband.

Excellent location and from San Marco to hotel only need to cross one bridge with suitcases. About a seven minute walk but took us longer. Room is smaller than expected. There is water, yogurt and juice in fridge room free. We were on third floor facing street and it was quiet later at night. Air conditioning on off need to call lobby to turn it on or off. We liked it especially the cafe Rosa Salva next door. The restaurant across from hotel is really good food! Highly recommend.

The hotel.is in a fabulous location close to St Marks Square. The front desk clerk was fantastic, SO helpful and arranged our water taxi trip back to the airport at the end of our trip. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. The only problem I encountered in the entire weekend was we visited the coffee shop downstairs twice, and whilst the majority of the staff were lovely the silver haired lady on the till was rude and offensive on both days we visited, she literally threw my change at me on both visits which was disappointing. The only conclusion I could come to was she didnt like English people as she was completely different with the Italian customers. Although it could have been she simply didnt like me, either way it was the only problem during our entire stay and didnt affect the stay at all.. Would I recommend this hotel, most definitely!

It is friendly, pleasant, and best of all, located in the tourist center.

The room was quite spacious and spotlessly clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The pillows and bed were spotless and very comfortable. The location was excellent. The hotel staff were very helpful. The pastry shop downstairs is very good and offers a 10% discount to hotel guests. Also, on our last day we were able to leave our luggage and explore to our heart's content. When we returned, they allowed us to use the restroom on the first floor. All our needs were met immediately, and we left very satisfied. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we come back. Thank you. Note: The location is also fantastic. St. Marco Square, Rialto Bridge and pier are all within a 5-10 minute walk.
