The room was clean and cozy, just like in the photos. The location is super central, 1 minute from the station and a 5-10 minute walk to the city center.

The hotel is super close to the train station but it is inside a small hallway . Not sure if it’s safe at night . There is only 1 lift in this hotel and it was broken … we have to take our luggage to our own room . One of the receptionist refused to help us to take our luggage downstrais .Room for breakfast is extremely small… you have to wait if u wanna eat breakfast.

The hotel is in a great location, and for the price, it offers a lot. The breakfast was really good, and the rooms were cozy.

Venice was absolutely beautiful and the hotel was located very close to the station which is very important if you have lots of luggage. The breakfast was also good.

Check in and out was straight forward, the hotel allowed us to leave a luggage with them the day before our check in. Room was clean and there was a good set of tv channels, with sufficient amenities for a night. During check in, the counter staff initiated for us to collect breakfast boxes during our check out as we were leaving early but it was not the case when we eventually checked out; another guy simply said that it was unfortunate with no apology despite the guesthouse offering breakfast boxes to begin with.

Very close to station, no stairs at all. Room was very comfortable, will definitely stay back here. Breakfast by time slot.

I have met 3 receptionists, the man is not in good service.

Location was the best part about this hotel, it’s minutes away from Santa Lucia station so it’s really convenient if you have luggages, or need to catch the train. Breakfast was basic but decent.

A perfect location to settle down and explore Venice. The staff very helpful and responsible. Original room A/C not working and luckily there is an empty room for changing.

The hotel is close to the train station, which is a plus in Venice as hotels in the area can be difficult to reach. You don't need to travel; it's a three-minute walk from the station. Check-in was quick, and the room only accommodates two people. The breakfast was limited in variety and simple, but the staff were friendly.

It seems like a remodeled hotel. The facilities were clean and decent. It was convenient being right next to the train station, so I didn't have to drag my suitcase around. Unusually, the duvet wasn't covered with a blanket, but rather two sheets placed side by side. I think it was a suitable place to stay for one night on the main island. The front desk staff were very friendly.

The male staff member at the reception desk explained everything to me in Japanese. I arrived around 9 AM, and they kindly stored my luggage for free and gave me tourist brochures. The room was very spacious, and there were plenty of amenities. I was grateful that they provided slippers! I told them I didn't need breakfast the next morning because I had already gotten up, and they prepared a breakfast box for me. The service was excellent, and it's a truly wonderful hotel.
