The location is great, all the sights are within walking distance. But the room is very small and not worth the money.

We recently were in this hotel: This which we liked: - hotel is very modern and really nice looking - bed comfort - near the centre Thing which we don’t like: - You can hear everything from other rooms, in other room there was some really noisy family and we couldn’t sleep, they woke us up in the morning because we can hear everything what they said - Terrible door, we got room on first floor n. 1, these door were broken and they smashed every time when someone entered in the building by the main door - we couldn’t sleep because of this - please repair these doors. - To this hotel is way by dark corners and streets so be advised when you are going there. - really messy bathroom- if this hotel was renovated, this room didn’t get new bathroom, we didn’t want to wash here because of mess here - Hotel staff is so annoyed, when they must wait for their clients, staff told me they won’t wait another 20 minutes and forced me to do the online check in - I ask sincerely where is the best parking in Venice and they told me the most pricy parking in the city. So I do it my way. Bedroom is looking nice but the other facts are not great.

We stayed one night in the structure, but it was enough especially because the door of the room (number 1) although it was locked, left a gap of a few mm, enough to glimpse the light of the corridor and hear voices coming from beyond the door ( nothing but privacy). Unfortunately we only discovered this late in the evening, turning off the lights in the room, but by then there was no one left at reception to point this out and ask to change rooms. Unavailability of an additional blanket to use (it's true, there is heating, but there must also be the possibility of having an extra blanket in the room), but above all the absence of someone (owners/workers at the service desk) to contact to solve these problems.

Posizione ottima ma… Camere a piano terra con 40 gradi fuori, l’aria condizionata era spenta. Dopo la chiamata alla responsabile ci hanno spiegato… ma nonostante l’impostazione a -8 gradi si spengeva di continuo. Una delle due camere aveva una piccola finestra che guardava un muro e neanche bello. La macchinetta del caffè c’era ma non funzionava… leggo che altri ospiti hanno rilevato la stessa cosa. Deve essere la stessa. Devi dire che era pulito e vicino a uno dei miei ristoranti preferiti. Ai mercanti.
