Hotel Cipriani, A Belmond Hotel, Venice

excellent environment and delicious food

The service at this hotel is poor. Check in staff are miserable (especially the woman who wears her hair in a low ponytail) and rude and the guest relations manager Barbara is useless. Don’t go here expecting the Belmond experience or service. We chose this hotel because of the Belmond name but we would have been better off choosing the St Regis or Aman had we had known the Belmond service here is non existent. The only saving grace of this hotel is the gentleman Andrea and the gentleman at concierge Good things Location Free 24 hour shuttle Views

Amazing hotel with a friendly, professional team. Nothing was too much trouble. The shuttle boat service too and from St Mark’s Square ran all day and night. Expensive? Yes. Worth it? Absolutely

A truly luxurious experience. From the moment your Cipriani boat pulls up to the private jetty, you step into pure luxury. We visited the IL Porticciolo restaurant and the sraff, service and food was incredible. Cannot praise our visit highly enough. Thank you ❤️

Cipriani offers refined Italian dining in a beautiful setting. The service is elegant yet warm, and the pasta dishes are simple but perfectly executed. Dining here feels sophisticated and relaxed at the same time.
