Please note up front that this is NOT a hotel and is a private residence (renting a room). My wife and I
drove over an hour from the airport trying to find the “hotel”. Once we arrived we realized it was not a
hotel but a private residence that is renting out rooms. The front porch light was left on and digital code
directions provided for entering the residence. Unloading and entering the residence, BEWARE please
note there is NO elevator. The room is on the third floor, therefore struggles to go up three flights of
stairs with luggage was a major challenge for my wife and myself. The room was average, we weren’t
able to control air conditioning settings, nor the volume of the one television. There was one queen bed
and one twin bed in the room. Nothing fancy, but certainly disappointed in the misrepresentation of the
room/overall location. Travel to and from was not as advertised and difficult to navigate. Would not
recommend, would not return. Do your research before booking this location

Great place to stay near Venice airport. Very clean and well kept. Owner is amazing! She gave us so much information and was persistent in booking our airport transportation.

We stayed at Dream the night before leaving for the airport. The staff was amazing. They called the taxi company for us to arrange a taxi to come pick us up and take us to the airport at 3:15 am. They also called a nearby restaurant to order us dinner. Overall we were very impressed with the helpful staff & this hotel ended up being the perfect place for us to stay since we just needed a place to sleep one night before heading to the airport. If you are hoping to stay in Venice though, I would definitely recommend staying on the island, as it would be difficult to get there everyday from this hotel.

This was a convenient, well-priced deal for my travel companions and me. It exceeded our expectations for the price point and offered many services within a short distance. We didn’t go in to Central Venice, but it appeared simple enough to do so. Our hosts were lovely and accommodating, printing out a few documents we needed and offering useful advice where to go for pleasant meals. I recommend taking advantage of the in-room continental breakfast. Taxis typically arrived within 5-8 minutes of calling. The airport and train station are both within a short drive. We were grateful for the ability of two of our hosts to speak very good English and be patient with any cultural misunderstandings. All in all, a place I recommend for anyone looking to relax and be away from a busy area.

The hostess served us an amazing breakfast. There was more food than four people could possibly eat. And she made the best coffee I have ever had in my life. I would love to know her secret!!

Ho soggiornato con moglie e figlia in questo B&B per una notte, arrivando nella tarda mattinata del 15/08/2023 per accompagnare la ragazza a prendere un volo all'aeroporto di Venezia all'alba del giorno successivo. I gentilissimi gestori ci hanno dato una bella camera tripla con ampio bagno e aria condizionata (il che non guasta) e si sono fatti in quattro per trovarci un ristorante aperto per il pranzo...credetemi, non è stato per niente facile dato il giorno particolare, ma alla fine ci sono riusciti e li voglio ancora una volta ringraziare. Valori aggiunti della struttura: parcheggio privato recintato, aeroporto a meno di dieci minuti di auto, mezzi pubblici per raggiungere Venezia in pochissimo tempo nelle vicinanze. Insomma, la recensione a questo B&B si potrebbe riassumere con tre brevissime frasi: massima pulizia, massima gentilezza, massima disponibilità. Assolutamente consigliato.

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni al b&b Dream e ci siamo trovati veramente benissimo. La posizione della struttura è ottima, vicinissima alle fermate dei bus che arrivano a Venezia in breve tempo, la nostra camera era spaziosa e pulitissima, ma il vero punto forte è la gentilezza e la squisitezza dei proprietari, sempre pronti a consigliare e a scambiare delle piacevolissime chiacchiere. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente!

Camera accogliente e super pulita,tutto funzionante,colazioni abbondanti e il proprietario Fabrizio cordiale e gentile. Park comodo all'interno della struttura e Venezia facilmente raggiungibile anche con il bus senza la propria auto. Posto che merita davvero e spero di ritornarci. Sinceramente è la prima volta che trovo un b&b perfetto in tutto!
