This hotel and staff were great. Great position. Staff were great with communication in regards to the best way to get to the hotel. Communication leading up to our arrival was so helpful. The morning staff were so welcoming. Simple breakfast options but enough.

From the moment we stepped into the elegant foyer adorned with exquisite Murano glass chandeliers, we were transported to a world of opulence and sophistication. The accommodation at Ca' Pagan Hotel is authentic and divine. Our room was tastefully decorated in a classic Venetian style, with sumptuous fabrics, ornate furnishings, and breathtaking views of the picturesque canals. The staff at Ca' Pagan Hotel are the epitome of hospitality, providing attentive and personalized service that exceeds expectations, their genuine warmth and professionalism truly elevated our experience. They were all lovely and genuine to us from the text messages welcoming us to Venice when our plane landed, to checking when we were due to arrive so they would stay up to welcoming us in to the hotel. Breakfast was charming and tasty each morning and was a great way to start the day.

The staff were so friendly and spoke perfect English. They could not do enough for you. The location is great, a quiet street but close to reataurants, bars and some great streets to get lost in. The cute courtyard for breakfast is what we had in mind, fits about 4 tables for 2. The room was small but all we needed, a bed for the night which was comfy. The bathroom had everything you need. Cannot fault for the price. Would definitely stay there again if we go back to Venice and a real recommendation to friends and family alike.

Such a quaint little place. We stayed 3 nights end Sept 23 to Oct 23. Arrived before 12 pm and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Finished prepping out room so that we could check in straight away. We went for the smallest room, which it was small but perfect. We literally just slept there, so was perfectly adequate. Bathroom was very Venetian and yes a little dated, but we had hot water and it was very clean. Breakfast was perfect , Traditional continental and the staff were so lovely to us. The position of the hotel is perfect, 5 minutes from a main water taxi and with in 15-20n minutes of most of the main tourist sites. We loved loved loved this little hotel, and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying in Venice. Thank you so much to the staff for making our stay so nice.

We booked a couples trip to Venice and chose Ca Pagan for the price, location and interior, and it did not disappoint. We booked the suite, so it was separate to the hotel (around a 5 minute walk) and acted as it’s own apartment block. This was perfect for our getaway. I want to mention the lady who made it even more amazing, GALA. Her warmth from start to finish, her hospitality, and her friendliness was above and beyond anything we’ve experienced before. Thank you Gala for everything x

Everything was good, the breakfast was very good, and the girls in charge were very friendly, be careful with the mini bar, at the end of the stay you have to pay for what was consumed, we really liked the hotel, very convenient and an unbeatable place.

We had a wonderful stay at Ca Pagan. It is a small, quaint, nicely decorated hotel. The staff made us feel at home and were exceptionally helpful. Thank you to Tatiana, Marco and especially Lia for a memorable vacation.

Surprised to see the mixed reviews - we stayed for 3 nights in March and had a lovely time. You certainly feel like you have stepped into a traditional Venetian residence and the decor is superb. It is perfectly located for a short walk to all the main areas with a water taxi stop less than 50 metres down the street. At night it was also nice and quiet. Special thanks to Lia (hopefully spelt right) who was a star, very happy and attentive and made the experience all the more perfect.

Stayed here in the last week of July 2023. Location: The hotel is situated very close to the S.Samuele water taxi stop. However for most of our commute, we had to walk to S.Angelo stop which is about 5 minutes walk. Overall, good location. Room: The room was very good- exactly as shown in the website. The bathroom was very clean. Ironing board was not in the room but was promptly provided at our request. The only reason I have taken away a star from the rating is that on the first night of our stay, the AC had an issue and we were really hot. However the issue was fixed when the staff returned in the morning. Note that the AC temperature control is not in the room! If you need your room to be cooler, ask at the front desk before they leave for the night. Staff: Staff is courteous. I especially liked the way LIA went out of her way to make us feel at home. Breakfast: Breakfast was good with sufficient choices for us vegetarians.
