The staff were kind, and the location is incredibly convenient. The courtyard is beautiful, and I really liked the antiques in the entrance and other areas. My only complaints were the lack of screens on the windows and the poor construction, which meant the windows were left open at night, allowing mosquitoes in. Fortunately, I checked all four corners of the bed, and there were no bed bugs! Also, the shower on the third floor only had cold water. I recommend using the showers on the second or fourth floor. Aside from these two points, I had a wonderful time, and I sincerely thank you for everything.

Great location Other than that: dirty and furniture falling apart. Do they clean at this place? We had a shared bathroom.. disgusting shower and common areas.. Don`t go here!

First when I booked it looked like a single room and only said shared bathroom. Then when I arrive they demanded 2.5 euros tax even though I showed them thag all my emaisl said to pay 1 euro at hotel. I was put into a room with 3 other people. I wanted to stay a second night and the first night the young guys told me I can pay 50 euros cash which was a discount from the 65 euros I paid online. The next morning they said dont worry go to your excursion and pay us this afternoon. When I arrived to pay they demanded 60 euros even though we verbally agreed on 50. I would never stay here again. Inky reason I stayed second night because my heavy luggage was there and I didn't want to check out early amd check in late due to my excursion. Qould reccomend not to stay here.

The only thing that is good sbout this hotel is the location, other than thst a joke booked and emailed arrival time had to wait jn hallway with others for almost two hours to check in. The shared vathroom and wifi ok on thd description prior to booking other than that no tv, soap, lotion, hairdryer, ac, face towels, the bbasics that most hotels have! had only two fans room was unbearably suffocating the room was an oven!!(asthmatic)! For the price it was a surprise kitchen with no fridge cups water or anything! and breakfast !! where!! the description is very deceptive. I asked for water, etc the guy said no to it all! I was kn the top floor he saw me out of breath fid not try to move me to another room and to add injury to insult people would walk by and try to enter in my room as if it was theirs!! Was done twice without knocking what the heck! I packed up after finally finding where the marriott was where i can bathe and rest comfortably will never recommend this hotel oh and the sink in room did not work at all!!

Hostel close to the Rialto (500 metres approx), hostel which is pretty old. Option to consider if you are travelling on budget only. The boss, Andrea, is really nice and tried/managed to help me as I made a mistake when booking (took a female dorm).

Bedbugs - Bedbugs - Bedbugs everywhere. Don’t stay at this place . My boyfriend, sister in law and me stayed there for one night on October 24 2024. We all three got bedbug bites everywhere. The place is not clean at all, smells bad . It’s disgusting. The cost of the room should be free including bedbug bites 😷 We paid around 135 Euros for night. The true I would never stayed there anymore even if it was free. It was our fault because we didn’t read the reviews before going there. We learned the hard way. We are back home hopefully we didn’t bring bedbugs to our place 🙏

greedy , slack owner, who reportedly has many hotels in Venice. bed bugs, dirty carpet, no toilet roll holder, the rolls are sitting on the bidet, no toilet brush. The kitchen is rundown as is everything, there is no effort at all on the part of the owner to make the place pleasant. The 2 staff do their best in a grotty situation.

BED BUGS DO NOT GO HERE. Booked three nights, left after the first night as we woke up covered head to toe in bites from bed bugs. Absolutely disgusting and shameful that this place is even still open. Dirty rubbish including food in the bathroom, no air conditioning apart from open windows and a fan that MELTED during the night. Serious hazard for an electrical fire. Avoid at all costs. No refund given although it seemed the receptionist had no authority to do so yet no other point of contact given to receive one. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!
