I had an absolutely terrible experience during my stay here. Both the hotel's service and hygiene were severely lacking, leaving me deeply disappointed. My friend unfortunately forgot his passport and was flat-out refused check-in, forcing us to scramble for alternative accommodation and incur significant additional costs. It was clear the hotel's policies were rigid and their attitude towards guests was very unfriendly. The room's hygiene was completely unacceptable. Upon checking in, I discovered the bedsheets hadn't been properly cleaned and had noticeable menstrual stains. The bath towels also had other people's hair on them, making them dirty and unhygienic. This significantly detracted from our stay; there was absolutely no comfort to be found. When I raised these issues the next morning, I asked the staff to clean the room and replace the dirty bedding. However, they refused, citing that I hadn't made a prior reservation for cleaning. Even when I tried to book an immediate cleaning service on the spot, I was told it couldn't be arranged, and the earliest they could clean would be the following day. Such inflexible service policies, coupled with their dismissive attitude towards reasonable guest requests, indicate an appalling level of service. Overall, my stay was dreadful, and I absolutely do not recommend booking this hotel.

The room was much more spacious than expected, a significant improvement compared to London hotels. The bathroom was a good size and clean. The hotel is conveniently located near Mestre train station, with a Chinese supermarket and many restaurants nearby. We booked a standard twin room. There are also many other large hotels in the vicinity. Overall, it was a very good experience. Just a heads-up, there were no toothbrushes or cups provided.

Not far from the train station, but it's quite noisy both inside and outside the hotel due to a lot of young people. When I asked for room cleaning, the front desk told us to scan a QR code for room service, but it didn't work. We had to go back downstairs to request it. Also, some cheese inexplicably disappeared from the communal fridge in the kitchen.
