The stay was pleasant and comfortable. The room was clean, the location was convenient, and the overall experience was good. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Nice place

They didn't know what an Ice Tea was. They also kept insisting that we would get a 10% discount if we ate there. Very pushy, I don't really like that. Also, on one of the two nights we were there, there was a problem with the air conditioning. Speaking of the air conditioning, you aren't allowed to operate it yourself; they do that for you at the reception.

I had a great rest. We were greeted wonderfully. The breakfasts were delicious. The room was quiet. The location was perfect. Clean. I recommend it.

The room was small and there were no toiletries in the bathroom. Everything else was there. The soundproofing was poor—the window faced the kitchen, so you could hear everything.

The hotel has a very good location, and that's where the good news ends. We were booked, without prior notice, into the only room on the ground floor, next to reception, for people with disabilities, so the bathroom and shower are low and uncomfortable. It's also located right next to the elevator door, where all the guests pass by at all hours, and next to the hotel kitchen, making it very noisy at all times. Furthermore, the windows overlook an interior courtyard that serves as a rest area for the kitchen staff, so there's no privacy if the curtains aren't closed all day. We were also informed that to regulate the air conditioning, we had to contact reception, something unheard of. For one night and no more.

Booked room with breakfast, very nice and clean room, breakfast just adequate, not proportionate to the price requested.
