The room was pretty small, The electrical plug by the bed side didn't work even with the travel adapter provided by the front desk and the bed was just 2 single beds pushed together. Overall clean and conveniently located

The location of the hotel is convenient and close to everything we needed. However, the breakfast was quite underwhelming and nothing to get excited about. One thing that stood out was the lack of basic amenities: when we arrived on a rainy day and asked for an umbrella, the hotel couldn’t provide one for guests. Before we left, we decided to donate our own umbrella to the hotel in hopes that future guests won’t have the same issue. Overall, a good stay for the location, but there’s room for improvement in guest services and amenities.

It is near Garage San Marco where I parked my car, therefore I did not need to push my luggage too far. There are many bridges in Venice and in some bridge, you need to carry your luggage over. It is also near restaurants and shops. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent. However, the rooms we had were too small for two big luggage to go in.

The ferry stop and train station are within a 5-minute walk. The bus stop is also within a 10-minute walk, making it a convenient location. There are many shops nearby, making it convenient. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained. My room also had a bathtub, which allowed me to relax. Breakfast was also delicious.
