The hotel staff were very sweet, informative and helpful. The hotel is nice, many toiletries are provided and breakfast was fine as well. Just understand that Venice in general is difficult to navigate with a heavy suitcase. You will need your phone to help you navigate through Venice but I would stay here again. The hotel staff provided maps and explained the area very well while asking questions to gauge my interest.

I think the place is pretty worn out. I think the hotel could at least repaint the doors so it looks slightly better. The breakfast was good, they got a good variety of food. The staff were very helpful too.

Very good

Everything was great. We took a water taxi from the airport to the hotel, the dock was right in front of the hotel which was very nice since we arrived late at night. The only thing can get improved was wifi, sometimes it was hard to get the signal in the room.

The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. The room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very good and tea time with snack is pleasant. The location is walking distance from all attractions and public transport. I will definitely bring my family to stay in Maison Venezia again the next time we visit Venice.

Good location, good service

The hotel entrance was a little hard to find, but the room was very clean and tidy. There was plenty of hot water in the shower, so I felt it was a nice hotel.

The hotel lobby has a nice environment and a unique decoration style. It is very clean and distinctive. However, the room assigned to us was at the end of the corridor, and there was almost no signal inside. The Wi-Fi was not usable at all. The mobile phone signal was also very poor. And the man who checked us in at the hotel front desk was very indifferent. It made people feel very uncomfortable. The overall experience was not very good.

There is no waiter to help deliver luggage. The carpet on the door and wall inside the room is dirty and old. The wardrobe doors are all broken. The hotel prepared champagne and desserts for our honeymoon, and also gave us a corner house facing the canal, which was very beautiful! The room is very fancy and provides slippers, toothbrushes and other essentials. The bed is a bit soft and my back hurts when I sleep on it. The quilt is thin and the air conditioner is slightly cold (it seems like this in European hotels). But the entire room and hotel were quiet and we were never woken up. The room is a little tilted, I don't know if it's because of its long history. The disadvantage is that the bathroom is too small. My husband is quite big and it is very painful to take a bath in it. The hygiene needs to be improved. The shower head in the bathroom is very dirty and there is a thin layer of dust on the surface of the bedside table. The attitude at the front desk is very good, very warm and polite, and you can store your luggage for free. The hotel is located in a quiet location. It is about a 5-minute walk from the nearest water bus station. You only need to cross a small bridge, and you can carry your luggage everywhere else. There is a restaurant on the main street next to the hotel that has a Chinese menu. The taste and price are good, and it is highly recommended! But in short, the hotel gave us a very good experience. We love Venice very much, so we added two more days to our itinerary. It is worth experiencing this city. We hope to come back next time~
