The hotel is located in a quiet area of Lido with easy access to the vaporetto. The facilities are what you'd expect from a four-star hotel. The customer service was consistently attentive and professional.

I stayed at this hotel 55 years ago when it was Capellis. By coincidence I had the self same room as all those years ago though it seemed smaller until I realized it was now.en-suite. The room was clean, the double  bed comfortable and the breakfast sumptuous.

It was very beautiful hotel it was in the lido side not very popular but transportation was so easy also the air and vibes in lido was also nice. Room was so clean and tidy. Respectful staff very nice place.

Staying here for the second time - location is great, mattresses were super good, and breakfast with varieties to choose from. One of the best options (for quality for price)  in high season and 2 vaporetto stops away from biennale (if that's your interest). Plus Lido has its own vibe worth checking

I’m so happy and the hotel is very clean very quiet quiet and the reception the people is friendly and helpful. Good service, When I come again in the Venice I will book again this hotel. Thank you.

All in all good hotel, good location close to the boat terminal. It is however very loud at night and the walls are extremely thin.

the hotel wasn’t so bad,however the receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful.
