Amazing little place especially for travelling to Venice as it’s only €12 for a return boat trip. 
Everything you need on site. 
One bus to and from which did however only seem to run till 10am and then again from 2:30.
Will defiantly rebook.

The place was quite neat, I booked a space for 2 and it’s not too bad considering the very affordable price!  However it is a distance from the main island but there are fixed boat timings you can take! Ticket counter is 2 mins away and you can also buy your boat ticket at the counter! No toiletries / hairdryer or towel is provided so that’s something to take note of but it was very quiet at night which was great! There was also air conditioning + heater in the room so we were happy with that! Place is decent and clean and our 2 night stay was quite comfortable!

If you like calm, natural garden surroundings, well maintained, super service, clean, Venice view and watching the daily life from the harbour passig by, this is the best place to be. Yes, there are aeroplanes in the air, but we prefer that to loud music and noisy people.  Warm water for dishwashing. The restaurant was a dissapointment. Stayed 4 days and really enjoyed it.
