Response from Property: Dear Judith, we are very proud to communicate that we are on the island of Mazzorbo, in the beautiful northern part of the Venetian lagoon. We kindly ask you to let us know which photos imply that we are in the historic centre of Venice, so that we can check and possibly act accordingly, there are no photos of Venice on our website. Regarding the transport, to be honest, the price you indicated is not what we communicate to our guests, please consider that in any case public transport prices are online, so it would not be possible for us to inform you of different rates. If you have requested private transport to reach us because you felt it was more convenient not to use public transport, we have certainly contacted a water taxi, making us just the conduit to report the quote to you. As far as the telephone number of our Wine Resort is concerned, it is public on all our portals and we are always happy to receive and assist any requests from our guests. We would like to point out that we have tried many times to contact you directly, by phone and email, but have received very little response. Therefore, for the three nights that you have booked, we had to charge you for the no-show. Should you wish to visit a part of Venice that you have not yet seen, we hope that we can be your choice for a relaxing stay in the beautiful Northern Lagoon.
