Hotel is very good situated, near the waterbus-station, grocery store and a short walk from the Lido beach. Room was new, clean and on the first floor. It had a Hugo shower and good aircondition. The Reception was not the greatest peopleservers but we managed. Breakfast was ok for the price, do not expect anything fancy. I would choose this hotel again because of the location and the newly renovated room 👍

It was a nice experience overall. There is a €3.60 city tax per person per night that's added on and can only be paid in cash which was inconvenient. There is tea/coffee provided in the room, however, they also charge to refill them if you use any. Breakfast is an extra €5 per person and breakfast lasts less than 3 hours (7am-9:45am) which is a bit inconvenient if you want to sleep in or if you have to get up early. The desk staff is moderately friendly. When we first arrived they weren't too friendly but the evening and check out attendants were nicer. The room is pretty small and really only enough room to eat around the perimeter of the bed. The bathroom is decently sized, however, the shower didn't have a door so water pools out onto the floor unless you huddle close to the shower head and even then... The TV is very small and not easily seen if you are vision impaired. My biggest complaint, however, is how hard the bed was. There's little to no cushion on the mattress. I woke up both mornings I was there and had back and hip pain (I'm 28 yrs old in relatively good physical condition). It is close to sleeping on the floor. There was a closet with a nice amount of space to put our things. There is also am elevator to access the floors which was convenient on days that we walked a ton. The lobby is nice and clean and has some seating areas. We did not explore the bar or breakfast areas. The hotel itself is located near the water bus station for easy access to Venice. It is also on a ***** of shops and restaurants. Granted most things on the island of Lido do close early and a lot of them are temporarily closed but still marked as open on Google maps. Plan accordingly and call places ahead of time. I've included pictures of the bathroom which was overall nice, however, I didn't take pictures of the bedroom as it was small and hard to get a good angle.

The hotel is in a good location. It is close to the transportation hub to the main island of Venice. Parking is cheap at 0.8 euros per hour.

It was the most trashy hotel of my life. It was my first time staying in a room that didn't even have basic air conditioning and a refrigerator, and it ruined my vacation mood. It was smelly and dirty.

A wonderful stay the room is very clean the friendly service the breakfast magnificent for me I give it 10/10

Convenient for the vaporetto to the Lido. The room was clean but smelled of smoke.

Hotel located in an excellent position, 300 meters from the beach (Bluemoon and Lungomare) and 200 from the vaporetto stop which takes you to Venice in 10 minutes (runs 24 hours a day). The room assigned did not appear in those proposed in the photograph but was better (more modern furnishings, new bathroom with large shower and window). It is not clear why they have posted photos of slightly dated rooms. Clean environments. Standard international breakfast. Very kind staff. Excellent hotel to stay on the Lido or to reach Venice out of the chaos.

What a disappointment. We didn't find the staff particularly friendly to begin with. The hotel is very dated, doesn't look as if it's been decorated since the 80s. The corridors were dark, the room - plenty of marks on the walls that looked like drinks had been spilled down them. The bathroom - mouldy grouting everywhere, mould in shower screen channels. There was tea and coffee in the room but it wasn't replenished during the week we were there. The breakfast was good, bacon, sausages and scrambled egg every day, toast, bread, fruit, cereals, drinks. The hotel was clean, but I wouldn't say it was 4 star.

Frankly had to take a flyer on where to stay as it was my first time in Venice & didn't really know the lay of the land. Obviously need to use the water taxi system to stay on Lido to go to the main island of the city to see the "sights", etc.-this place is in a great location on Lido just a couple of blocks from the dock & near a few restaurants as well as a good grocery store less than a 5 min. walk away. Room & bathroom was spacious & well appointed-had a classic Italian feel to it. Good sized mini-fridge as well. Breakfast was serviceable & overall staff were pleasant. Not a bad option if one doesn't want to break the bank in Venice.

We stayed 2 nights as part of a Trafalgar tour, very quirky hotel. The number one position for Bars, Restaurants, The Beach & Transport. Very Comfortable beds with Great Staff. I would stay here again.

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights. Fabulous great value hotel. Lower rooms recently refurbished. Great location for beach, restaurants and bars. 10mins walk to lido water taxi. Staff very friendly especially Marco who was very helpful. Hot and cold breakfast plentiful and very good quality. Will definitely go back next year.

Staff were lovely and helpful. Clean room was a nice size. Breakfast was plentiful with choices. location is brilliant, close to water taxi stop. I booked as I knew the airport bus runs on public holiday dates. Supermarket virtually next door but hidden by clothes shop.

The hotel is very conveniently located only about 150 meters from the main Lido vaporetto station and less than 1 km from the beach on the main street of Lido di Venezia. The building is nice, however the rooms are somewhat tired and reminiscent of the grand old days of Italy being one of the few chic vacation spots in Europe. The dark wood furniture and the peeling plaster / paint coupled with a bit of mold around the air conditioner outlet are not the most pleasant sights. The hotel was nevertheless clean and its breakfast was totally sufficient.
