After checking in I noticed AC was not working. Go to front desk to be told you need to insert a card into a reader to activate power and turn it on. Still not working, pressing a button on the plug itsself turned it on. Why were these instructions not given to me upon check in, who wants to solve 2 puzzles upon arrival? AC turns on and I am met with a check filter message...I pop open the AC unit and the filter is absolutely disgusting. Back to the front desk to inform them of the filter issue and verbalize that I am dissatisfied to say the least with the check in experience. Woman helping me talks to a manager in the back, and tells me to just wait for maintence to handle filter issue. 0 effort to go above and beyond or engage in anything that would resemble hospitality. Buyer Beware.
