Another great stay. I’ve stayed here a few times before but this trio was the first I was actually awake early enough to enjoy the breakfast. It was so good and made to order. Fresh and steaming hot. Loved it. The social nights they do is enjoyable also. I always stay here whenever I come through Ventura.

Had remodeling going on while we were there. That is probably the only problem i can say anything about. Everything else was fantastic. Look forward to staying again when the remodeling in complete.

Second time staying. I have yet to try the breakfast buffet but only because I like to sleep in. Only issue was my keycard kept getting deactivated each day. Not a big deal. OH and the neighbors kept jumping on the bed. But it’s a great hotel. Lovely staff. Easy highway access. Someone mentioned renovations but I didn’t notice anything.

Ideal location, close to downtown, fairgrounds, and easy walk to the pier. Nice sized clean room with two queen beds, fridge, and microwave. Pool was not open so that was a downer since traveling with kids. A hot breakfast in the lobby was appreciated. Train goes through periodically so in addition to the construction noise there is that.

Older hotel that has been remodeled. Looks nice. Front desk only had one gentleman, who was very kind, so you need a bit of patience to check in or if you needed anything from the front desk. Breakfast was very tasty and the gentleman that serves was very kind. Only downside was that the bed was very firm and ac was not regulated (would be at 71 and freezing then at 72 and literally sweating)

This is my go-to stay when I’m in my hometown! I travel via the train, so it’s close to the fairgrounds, downtown and is fairly priced. I’ve never had any issues, and everyone is always very nice. They’ve consistently made improvements on their property and I’m always happy with my stay here.
