Buen servicio We loved our stay very cozy and welcoming pool was clean. We loved it is in the Malecon close to everything we needed.

Excellent hotel in a great location.

Disappointing The best thing about this hotel was the staff. They were always very helpful and polite However the room itself came up short. The air conditioning was extremely noisy which made it difficult to sleep. The room also smelled moldy I tried opening the screen door to let air circulate but it didn’t really help. The last night I was there I could get no hot water from the shower which was annoying. But my biggest complaint was that the WiFi was very unreliable. It was impossible to stream entertainment as the signal kept cutting off. I would not return to this hotel

Have stayed at this botel several times. Great location.

I like the area cause was easy to go anywhere, but beds on this hotel and poor rooms ilumination are a nightmare
