Very bad service the day we arrived they did not have water then they wanted to charge us for breakfast when it was already included second day again without water ☺️☺️☺️ bad experience

Lo que más nos gustó del hotel fue la facilidad con la que hicimos el check in. Benita de recepción fue muy amable y siempre muy atenta. El desayuno que ofrecen de cortesía estaba muy rico y el joven Tomás nos atendió muy bien e incluso nos ayudó a encontrar un consultorio médico para uno de nosotros que se enfermó. Los puntos a mejorar: Éramos 3 huéspedes el primer día y solo había toallas para 2. Tuve que bajar a recepción por otra ya que el teléfono no servía. El día del check Out uno de los elevadores se descompuso y el otro solo es para 2 personas y es muuuuuy lento. Tuvimos que bajar maletas por las escaleras (llegué abajo antes que el elevador). Incluso, durante mi estancia me quedé encerrada en el elevador grande y tuve que esperar a que llamaran a mantenimiento para sacarme. Cabe mencionar que iba sola en este 🛗. Ya cuando estaba abajo listos para irnos al aeropuerto una recepcionista diferente a Benita me hizo regresar a la habitación por el control remoto del aire acondicionado lo cual me refleja una falta de atención y consideración hacia los huéspedes. Especialmente porque debíamos ir al aeropuerto y sus elevadores no funcionaban. El check Out sí fue demasiado inconveniente. Ojalá tomen en consideración los comentarios para ofrecer un mejor servicio a los huéspedes.

El Hotel tenía chinches y estaba intestado, aunque nos trataron de cambiar de habitación en todas era lo mismo. Además, no me devolvieron mi dinero.

The rooms are clean but very very outdated and smell like mold like. the room conditions are average. the smoke alarm in the hallway outside of my bedroom beep the whole time I was there. I mentioned to the front desk, but it was not replaced so I can hear it throughout the night. the location is great in the middle of attraction.

The location is excellent, staff is quite polite but there is no hot water, I know it is hot but sometimes people can not handle it.

Very clean rooms, friendly staff. Pet friendly - even the dining! A separate area was established in the lobby outside the restaurant to allow guests to have their pets with them for dinner. Off street parking was secure, and the room was very spacious.
