There is no doubt that I will stay at the W Hotel again when I come to the Verbier Music Festival next year. Breakfast is something I will miss even if I live in other cities during my time in Switzerland. Very delicious. The surrounding environment of w hotel is even more intoxicating. It is very convenient to just go to the cable car. The scenery outside the room window is like a fairyland. The hotel waiters are all smiling and enthusiastic. There are free pick-up and drop-off services at the hotel when you go to nearby places. When I encountered travel and transportation problems, the front desk staff were really enthusiastic and perfect in helping me solve many problems. It was such a great stay that I could only come back again. Ha ha

My husband and I flew to Geneva for a trip through Switzerland, Italy, and France. Our first night was spent at the W Verbier. It was outstanding. Just driving from Geneva to Verbier was so beautiful. We arrived at the hotel and were greeted by Emma and Maude at reception, who were the right blend of friendly, informative, and professional. The room we were given was gorgeous. Attached is a photo of the view from our balcony. The bed and pillows were perfect. It was so good to sleep off jet lag in such a beautiful and peaceful location. The food in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast couldn't have been better. We met Francesca and Blaise at breakfast, who told us about living in the Swiss Alps. All the rest of our stays on the trip were great, but none could compare to the W Verbier.

My wife and I have become regular guests of W Verbier, visiting during the Verbier Festival (July). Like in previous years, we got a room with mountain view. It was very comfortable and indeed got amazing view from our room balcony on the 6th floor. W Verbier is conveniently located near the Médran cable car station (1500m altitude), to access amazing hiking or mountain biking trails. W Verbier staff and in particular their new manager Helene went above and beyond to make our experience very special. Overall, very happy with the quality of the hotel, it deserves its 5 stars (room cleanness, service at front desk, bell service, free shuttle, spa, the living room lounge or their new restaurant brasserie 1519). If any suggestion back to the hotel, perhaps more shuttle service during the Verbier festival would be great (particularly during rainy days). In summary: our overall experience was extremely positive (this is why we keep coming back), and we highly recommend it!

We went for a day spa experience and cocktails and lunch afterwards in the living room. Really nice experience- the spa was great with many different saunas and pools (even outdoor which is cool wintertime). The living room had a great burger with sweet potato fries and great Bloody Marys. The view was amazing as well
