Best Western Vermillion Inn

It was good and hospitable.

The hot tub was cold. Didn't hear. Same thing happened a year ago when we were there. Probably haven't fixed it for over a year. Will not go back to that place again. Poor maintenance!

The room only had one sofa chair itn it so we had to sit on the bed. It was a weird setup!

Very clean. Comfortable bed. Breakfast ok. Waffles a nice touch! Nice location. But not walkable to college. Would stay again.

We had a 3 day stay at this hotel and we were surprised to find the policy of this particular hotel was to do no housekeeping during a guests stay. Fresh towels and empty trash would have been nice. After I questioned this policy, housekeeping was done the day before we checked out.

The hot tub and sauna were the best part of this hotel! Stayed two nights - 2 different rooms because the bed was awful. The girl working over night both nights did not say a word to me when I checked in. I might still be standing there if I wouldn’t have initiated the process! She looked and acted completely disengaged from the fact that she was the face of this hotel. When I asked if there were any rooms with newer beds she told me I was “talking to the wrong person” (she was the only one there) When I called back and decided to extent my stay (because of hot tub) she said “you want to stay in a hotel that doesn’t have a comfortable bed?” Honestly- the real answer is no! I would not ever stay there again. I found a much a better place for the 3rd night. So if you want a great pool area with a nice hot tub and decent sauna, this a good choice. If you want a good nights sleep OR a comfortable bed or polite staff- this is not the place for that.

Wow! What a nice motel! Excellent condition and great breakfast! I have traveled 6800 miles in the last 5 weeks across the USA and this was the nicest motel i have stayed in! Highly recommend it!

Upon arrival, we had to request towels, there was only one hand towel in the bathroom. We were booked for two nights and placed on the top floor. There was never more than 5 cars in the lot on both nights. Was NOT pleased when we were woken up at 6:30 in the morning by a roofing crew replacing the shingles!! These guys dont just "show up when they want to" as we were told by the desk clerk. Roofing companies have schedules and appointments. Hotel people knew they were scheduled & could have put us on the bottom floor and warned us that they were coming. I was dodging flying nails while loading my car... glad i didn't run any over!!

Very clean room. Only thing the desk chair was faux leather and the finish was peeling off. Breakfast was so so. Please add fresh pastries. I am fond with scrambled eggs and waffles.
