I have stayed at this hotel before. It's convenient to the Vero Beach Outlets and Cracker Barrel, has a great breakfast and is a nice hotel.

I had a5 day stay and the room wasn't cleaned nor the trash taken out not even once. Far below the usual standard for this hotel chain.

Type of room purchased online was not what was provided. Desk attendant stated they overbooked. Room provided was dirty. Lifted the toilet seat and found urine on the rim, mirrors had streaks, sink faucet and sink was dirty. No shampoo in the dispenser, notified the front desk in the morning, waited over an hour and no response.

I wish I would’ve gotten her name, but the wonderful blonde lady who does the breakfast deserves to be recognized. Every morning I can down for coffee she was hard at work but made time to greet me with a smiling face. When my son sat to have breakfast she can to each table to ask if everything was ok, if we needed anything, clear our plates, and wish us a good day.
She did this each morning of the 3 mornings I spent at the hotel. She definitely went above and beyond any expectations for a free buffet. She is the reason for the excellent rating.

We were biding friend in Jensen beach. Sabrina was most helpful. Told her my husband had breathing problems and limited walking. Changed our room so close to lobby and then took me to check out room to be sure room would work for us. Made sure we had luggage cart for oxygen and luggage. Very friendly. Would give her a 15 on scale of 10
