Booked through *********** for our entire family. We had to change the date of our stay and add an additional night - which we assumed would be good business for them. After dozens of unanswered calls, What'sApp messages and amendment requests through ***********, we have no other choice but to cancel our booking entirely. I booked the appartement because of the location between train station and city and because of the air conditioner, which is highlighted in the ads for the appartment. Although it had 31 degrees outside, the air conditionier didn't work during our stay. The host told us, that we can't turn on the air conditioners because "in may there is no use of air conditioners". He obviously didn't care about our baby, which was sweating all the time, he didn't care about the heat wave in italy with over 31 degree and - and thats the point - he didn' care what he wrote on the booking platform. We left after 2 of 4 days without getting any money back.

- ghost prosecutor - dirty apartment, cold and without even a bottle of water - we had to call because there were no towels - coffee machine broken, bathroom door worse - sofa bed that is horrifying - we paid for education because it did not deserve a euro bad words scondigliatissimo

Consigliata da parenti abbiamo prenotato per una notte in famiglia 4persone. Arrivati il check in fai da te è funzionato grazie alle indicazioni via w.a. della direzione, possibilità di parcheggio privato,ascensore, e appartamento nuovo,grande spazioso con tutti i comfort del caso,dalla cucina completa alla lavatrice..veramente ben tenuto e pulito ,zona tranquilla con pure un terrazzo vista centro,raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti. Lo consiglio e c tornerò d di sicuro

Siamo stati in questa struttura (se si vuol chiamare così) posto orribile,sporco senza nemmeno un bottiglietta d’acqua…. Partiamo dal chek in inesistente,ci chiede la tassa più parcheggio più alloggio senza nessuna ricevuta anche chiesta più volte… fate attenzione

Appartamenti molto carini. Vi abbiamo soggiornato in più occasioni ed abbiamo trovato sempre la stessa pulizia accurata . Gradito il check in in autonomia e la posizione strategica , giusto il prezzo . Dotazione cucina sufficiente , divano letto un po’ scomodo .
