As soon as we arrive (we were supposed to stay 4 nights) they give us the keys, but ask us to pay the entire stay in advance, in cash ... we pointed out to the young lady they sent for the task that we had just arrived, and we had all that money with us in cash, also because we almost always pay by card now. She annoyingly insisted that we should go and get the money, while she would wait for us in the room. With difficulty we 'convinced' her that we would pay later, just long enough to settle down and eat something. Result: he continued to call us several times in the afternoon, until we went to the indicated real estate agency to 'free ourselves' and paid. They took cash, but didn't leave us a receipt. So we asked for it, but they told us that at the moment they couldn't (We would have had to get the money back, until they gave us the receipt, given the insistence on being paid in advance...). In the following days we called several times to have the receipt delivered to us, but the young lady told us that she could not come, and in the end she sent us a receipt - which I still keep - which I don't know if it is regular from a fiscal point of view .. For the rest: the room does not have a bidet. Summary cleaning. We couldn't make ourselves a coffee because the plate didn't work, which we repeatedly reported to the same young lady. Obviously no one came to check. They sent us the 'instructions' first, then told us it didn't work. We advise against .

B&B nel centro di Verona. Positivo: location centralissima ma silenziosa, pulizia ed igiene della struttura, comodità del letto. Negativo: povero nei servizi e negli accessori (es. asciugamani contati e uno era pure liso/bucato, 1 solo bicchiere in vetro e nessuna tazza, senza possibilità di farsi un the, no portasapone in bagno), a volte cattivo odore nel bagno. In sintesi , ok per una o al massimo 2 notti . La nostra camera era la doppia (mi pare la Turandot), nella stessa struttura una camera tripla e una quadrupla che però non abbiamo visionato.

Ho soggiornato insieme alla mia famiglia fortunatamente solo una notte presso il "Relais" Giardini dell'arena. Camera sporchissima, strati di polvere che si vedevano ad occhio nudo. Per di più nel cortiletto adiacente alla camera, abbiamo notato subito che c'era un sacco di immondizia e una bottiglia di vetro vuota lasciati per terra. Coperte insufficienti e climatizzatore non funzionante. Inoltre in uno dei due letti il copriletto era bucato e certamente non te lo aspetti visto che abbiamo pagato quasi 400 euro per una notte. Camera decisamente troppo piccola per quattro persone e pensate un po' che la spacciano per appartamento. Non ci torneremo mai più. L'unica nota positiva é la posizione strategica in cui si trovava l' "appartamento".
