Only stayed two nights as our flight was cancelled and we arrived a few days late.
Excellent Location for sight seeing. Hotel was clean and staff were pleasant. Room overall was a decent size, clean and in good decor. There was only 1 pillow per person and no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
Bathroom was tiny and difficult to navigate around, as the bathroom door opened up against the room door. I bashed my toe on at least a couple of occasions. Shower was great although the bathroom steamed up as the extractor unit wasnt working.
Breakfast was ok with Gluten free options, but as Vegans we found it extremely limited, although they did have soya and oat milk for tea/coffee. Cooked breakfast appeared to be just eggs and bacon,

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at Hotel Mastino. The hotel & staff never disappoint! It’s very clean, convenient & has a great breakfast.

The hotel was very central and it was easy to walk everywhere. It was also comfortable and there was an excellent selection for breakfast. The reception staff were very helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage in the basement before our room was teady

Nice upgrades. Room was welcoming, but somewhat small for three. Very clean, and great bathroom and shower. Breakfast was good. Very conveniently located to the main hub of shopping and The Arena.

The hotel was great! It was very close to the city center and within walking distance to everything! Elena, the night clerk, had fantastic restaurant and places to visit recommendations and made me feel very much at home. Which was very nice since I was travelling solo. The complimentary breakfast was also very nice with a lot of variety. I would definitely stay here again!
