The hotel is at the lowest price, about 5-10 minutes walk from the center. The owner Luigi sent instructions in advance, no problems arose. We entered using the PIN code, and an envelope with a key was waiting inside. Excellent wifi.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The location is great, the room was nice and inexpensive. Would definitely stay here again in the future.
My only suggestion for improvement would be to have a table in our room (no. 5) to make it easier to eat in the hotel.

Fantastic. Good sized room with comfy bed and chair, spacious and clean bathroom, and an excellent location. Really close to a number of great restaurants and sites (museums, Giulietta’s house, amphitheatre, etc.) Overall a very pleasant stay.

The experience would have been good if it wasn`t due to the fact that the attention was terrible from the very first moment I arrived to the place (my worst experience in 16 years). Imagine this user experience -＞ most of the info shown in ******* was not correct, check in time was wrong, reception was not available 24 hs, it was not possible to leave any pieces of luggage before official check in.. all those points were clearly comminicated to me as "valid ones" via *******. Worst thing -＞ I arrived at 05 AM, considering the points from ******* someone should`ve been available at reception, but it was not the case, furthermore, there was a phone number to call and the person who took my call, Luigi, simply said the info on ******* was all wrong, this is not a hotel (BTW, I had never said it was a hotel), wait until 14 hs and come back.. all this with a terrible tone of voice.. then that was it, I got terribly sick as it was super cold.. If you are an user, do not trust the info in wikipedia, furthermore, in case you still go to this place do not expect at all a good attention (if you are lucky you avoid getting a cold :-) )...

Really bad experience, paid for breakfast and kitchen was supposed to be under remodeling, and no true, asked for an alternative and no offered and not even a refund, asked for the ac to be on and they hide the remote control and reason given because it was no summer, very bad hotel and experience, zero customer service.

The property is clean and close to the centre; 15 mins walk from the train station. Although the property electrical wiring may need some maintenance as the fridge and TV was not working; the electrical connection was attached to same plug socket. It would have been better if the property provided a kettle so that hot drinks can be made. But overall, it was a pleasant & comfortable experience.

Terrible. Dirty, a curtain in the middle of the room that the host keeps various objects and utensils behind, as well as cloths and towels that looked dirty. A sadness. I booked through booking and in the end I did the evaluation that booking recommended. I rated it with a seven and gave feedback about different treatment between guests, as the host provides two addresses. As incredible as it may seem, he started attacking me through the booking chat. Cursing me and offending my family. And I hadn't even criticized the fact that it was dirty. Only in relation to different treatment between guests. On this trip I stayed in ten different accommodations. No one else treated me badly. Just this one. When we arrived he had left the apartment key in an envelope with a message that we should leave 2.5 euros per person per night in that same envelope and if we didn't leave it he would call the police. The message is ridiculous because there is a tourist tax in every city in Italy and none of the establishments were rude to that point. All in all, bad experience. A rude, rude host without the slightest emotional capacity to maintain customer service. I don't recommend this place to anyone. There are many, many, many other accommodations in even better located locations at similar prices where the guest does not need to be upset and stressed due to the rudeness, treatment of the host or the dirtiness of the place.

Beautiful place, very good location. Check-in must be done via WhatsApp, so it is important to have this information. They enter the place with a key. The room is very large and comfortable. The owners took great care of us and got us a taxi to the train station. I would definitely return.

4 of us stayed one night in the apartment located in the separate building. Tidy building, very nice apartment, clean rooms, comfortable bed and sofa bed. Working TV, kitchen also equipped with microwave. The location is perfect, two minutes from the Arena. If we happen to pass through Verona again, we will return.
