Residenza Vittoria Roma

Great location, quick walk away from a subway stop. Cozy place, the hosts were very welcoming and nice, even with very little english spoken. Our suite was clean and fresh, and the breakfast was a nice touch before we got our day started. My only complaint is that it was hard to get in to the building/unit because it required wifi, which we didn't have. Luckily the host was able to meet us and let us in.

This hotel location is very accessible to say the least. You can take the SIT Bus from Fiumicino Airport then it's a short 6 minute walk from the Vatican stop. You can get to the majority of sights in Rome from here, including Castel Sant'Angelo, St Peter's Basilica all the way to the Colloseum (by walking). Room was very clean and spacious, with breakfast included (Delonghi coffee machine and an assortment of breads, juice, yoghurt and biscuits). Daniele and Ray were awesome hosts - they made sure everything was fine and checked in on a regular basis. Daniele has gone above and beyond, especially, helping us with our delayed luggage from the airport which turned up after 3 days! Thanks, gents, we'll definitely stay again when we come back to Rome!

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Amazingly comfortable bed. Secure and quiet. Super-helpful owners and great to have an inclusive breakfast.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and our room was clean. Close enough to walk to the train station and restaurants.

Lovely room in a good location to explore Rome on foot. We arrived late in the evening but Daniele had provided us with a link and videos for self check in which worked perfectly. The room was clean with a very comfortable large bed and effective air con. There was tea and coffee in the room plus a complimentary continental breakfast and a fridge with milk, bottled water and juice, nice touches which we weren’t expecting. There are bars, restaurants and shops nearby. Our host was friendly and helpful. A lovely stay and I would have no hesitation recommending this place

We had a fantastic stay here. Daniele was there to greet us. He was very nice. It was my husbands birthday the day after we arrived and he was more than accommodating and supplied a birthday balloon and a complimentary bottle of Prosecco. The room was always clean and there were breakfast items and fridge items which were re stocked everyday, completely free of charge. The bed was extremely comfortable and Daniele was always on hand if we needed anything. He arranged our airport transfer and was there to see us off. This hotel was perfect for us to come back to after a day spend walking the beautiful city. Overall 10/10. Thank you so much Daniele and staff for an amazing memorable experience.
