Very friendly staff,and good service. The sheets and mattress cover were too small and would not stay on the bed.

This property was not great at all, I could hear noise from everywhere all night long inside my room, I think I was close to the elevator and could hear its creaking and noise 24/7 very loud. there was water damage on the ceiling of my room and what may have been black mold, the bathroom looked like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in a long time, like they just wipe it down quickly and never really clean it. I wasn't even comfortable using the bathtub because it just looked unsanitary. The staff were very friendly and luckily I was just driving through late at night and needed a place to sleep for a few hours before getting back on the road, though being able to eat something after 10pm would be nice as well. I'm used to ******s having food available late because they're ******s, but this place doesn't. just not a great place.

My experience with cleanliness was excellent. There were no issues to complain about as it related to cleanliness. We were going to a Christmas party, so we had semi-formal clothes. We had to hang our clothes on the bathroom doors because there was no place to hang your clothes. In the middle of the night, we heard noises that we ccouldn't identify. More hotel parking spaces would have been helpful.

Front desk clerk was not friendly, Shower didn’t get hot. Rooms were clean. Security guards were very friendly. Maybe get your front desk clerk (Night Auditor) some training in dealing with public. That’s a business investment.

I had a not so good stay someone tried to come in my room kept trying to push on the door the customer service was rude and not welcoming I will not stay there again

I am not a gambler, and the entire hotel property is arranged around the ******. The restaurant was bare bones with staffing issues, could not get a drink with my meal as the only bartender was circulating among gamblers. Nothing in Vicksburg is within walking distance.
