It's my only choice in Labuan after trying few other hotels.. Some have limited parking. Some are very old. Labuan Point has everything we need in term of comfortable, safety, hygiene and convenient.

Spacious cool room with mini fridge and soft bed. About 10 -15 minutes from Airport with good rooftop restaurant with some nice menu. Can easily access town centre by grab car / maxim with reasonable fares. There is a mini market on the Grd floor and was helpful.

I really like breakfast dishes, hotel cleanliness, fragrant hallways and there are grocery stores if you want to buy some necessities. In addition, the view from the 8th floor is very beautiful, it will definitely come here again if i got the business here. TQ

There’s some smell in the room and the toilet is not clean properly as there are some fallen hair leftover. Overall ok if you don’t mind the smell. I sprayed air freshener during the stay.
