The Victorian Manor

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was a beautiful property. The staff were very friendly and answering all our questions related to tours and excursions. MC was especially helpful in accomodating our meals as we requested vegetarian food and was always friendly and cordial. The turn down service was always ready for us when we returned for the day including drawing the mosquito nets and we had no insect problems.

We stayed there for four nights eventhough we were originally supposed to stay in another lodge. At the begining we were a bit sceptical about that. This place is absolutely amazing. The room was vey spacious and the bathroom even more. A very well maintenend and spotless place. The staff were amazing and very friendly, but above all very helpful and polite. They never said no to any of our requests. Always smiling and always greeting us. All meals were freshly prepared and delicious.

This B&B is 6 stars! The hospitality! The rooms! The beautiful garden! The little personal touches! I would stay here over and over again and cannot recommend it highly enough.

Have just spent 2 nights in one of the villas. The accomodation was lovely, spacious and really comfortable. Even more impressive are the staff and the level of service that they provide. I wasn’t able to get all of their names but a special shout out to Doubt who looked after us incredibly well. Also I think the food was the best we have had during our two weeks in Africa.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Victorian Manor in Victoria Falls. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly warm, helpful, and attentive — nothing was ever too much trouble. They even helped us sort out a few hiccups with our day trips, which made everything so much smoother. The food was excellent throughout our stay, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful touches — like packed breakfasts on the mornings we had to leave early for activities. It’s that kind of attention to detail and genuine care that really stands out. The kids loved it too — they even had a dip in the pool, despite it not quite being swimming season! It was a perfect mix of comfort, hospitality, and charm. A truly great place to stay — highly recommended if you’re visiting Victoria Falls!

Quite outstanding hospitality. This converted house is quaintly furnished and very comfortable. Large rooms with dressing room and bathroom. Excellent service. Dinner and lunch available. An easy 5 minute by readily available taxis to the town centre ($5). Great pool and gardens.

Where do I begin with this incredible accomodation?! Truly one of the highlights of our trip and the blueprint for what a boutique hotel should. The place is incredible and you feel so comfortable, almost like home, as soon as you arrive but you also feel the luxury, but not in an obnoxious way like the big resorts. The rooms are huge! A big bed, bathroom with a bath, huge closet and changing area. The pool was lovely and you can choose to eat outside by the pool if you like! The chef was the best we have ever encountered on our travels. She went above and beyond to provide lovely meals to suit our dietary requirements, and was also such a lovely, kind person! Every meal was also huge and so delicious! The other staff were also so friendly and helpful. If you wanted to chat they were happy to, but if wanted space they didn’t bother you. The bar was great and we got to try some local gin. It was very close to everything, the falls, the helicopter ride, restaurants etc. The wifi, aircon, safe, and all ammenities could not be faulted. Thank you for a lovely few nights. Honestly we did not want to leave and hope to be back someday! 🥰
