A beautiful boutique hotel with warmly decorated rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. Really has a great vacation feel with a lush garden surrounding a sprawling swimming pool and each room has enough privacy to feel you're on your own.

If you're planning a trip to Victoria Falls, look no further than Samanzi — this place is an absolute gem. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by how spotlessly clean everything is. The attention to detail in maintaining the property is exceptional, and it shows in every corner. The staff here are truly the heart of the experience. Friendly, warm, and always on hand to help with a smile — whether it's arranging activities, offering local tips, or simply making sure you're comfortable. Their genuine hospitality makes you feel right at home. The facilities are amazing — everything you need and more. Whether you're relaxing after a day at the falls or gearing up for your next adventure, the amenities here exceed expectations. And the food? Beautifully prepared meals that are as delicious as they are thoughtfully presented. Dining here has been a highlight of my stay. Even the WiFi is solid — reliable and fast enough to stay connected, share photos, or get work done if needed. Samanzi has set the bar incredibly high. I can't recommend it highly enough and will definitely be returning. If you want comfort, cleanliness, great food, and genuinely wonderful people looking after you, this is the place to be in Victoria Falls.

We had a short but very sweet stay at Samanzi. We were greeted by our fantastic host Johannes who was so helpful. We were very well looked after in the evening by Nathan, Divine and Emanuel. Great cocktails at the bar and a tasty menu. The landscaping and interiors are beautiful - really stunning setting and close to the falls!

I just had an idea of what samanzi is, l just wasn’t prepared for the most beautiful stay l had there. It is totally breathtaking. Waking up to your own pool and not having to share. The setup in the rooms are such a beautiful aesthetic view. The breakfast was wonderful. It is mad different from the common English breakfast we are used to. There’s a bar in the middle of the pool and its beautiful also with the fact that there’s a bonfire close bu to relax incase you don’t want to be in your room or by the porch. One thing l didn’t like were the house keepers who aren’t patient enough to wait for a guest to wake up so that they can start their cleaning. They either disturbed us in the middle of something be it showering or whatever, and that was frustrating. Overall l lobed my stay there. I would go back. And Johanesse is such a good host🫶🏽.

We have had 3 wonderful romantic nights at this new small resort hotel in Vic Falls where you feel fully relaxed between activities with direct access to a pool in front of your villa and a main pool with swim up bar or jacuzzi! Stunning plantings surround you. The dinners were top notch and they have a great wine selection. Breakfast was substantial with hot options cooked to order. There is also a tower to take in sunset with bar service at their sister hotel next door. We loved all the friendly staff who helped us with our every need! We had a divine outdoor shower and the whole villa was very well thought out and tastefully styled. Highly recommend!

My friend and I traveled to Victoria Falls for a 4 day/3 night stay and had the most amazing time at the Samanzi. The grounds and rooms were BEAUTIFUL, the food was delicious and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed this relaxing and peaceful space and the people who work there. Would completely recommend and stay again!

Wow wow wow! This is an outstanding hotel. Rooms, staff, food was all the best we could ask for. Rooms look into a beautiful pool area, restaurant was really good for every meal. Staff went out of their way to help. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Johannes and Nisen for taking great care of us.

This is part our my Safari tour in April. The hotel is beautiful, staff were really nice. I particularly like the outdoor shower which was nice under hot weather. Of course the room was air conditioned. Each cabana has direct access to the pool.

A very welcome relaxing and spoiling 4 night hotel stay in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, where we are ending our 6 week trip to East Africa! We were struck by the beautiful local art and decor and friendly and professional service all around. Each room has a private deck onto a beautiful interconnecting pool which also connects to a hot tub and a swim up bar. The included breakfast was expansive with cappuccinos and delicious fruits, baking and our favourite freshly made muesli and yoghurt. All followed by a cooked breakfast to order! The beautiful surrounding gardens are all well kept and flourishing. The rooms are super clean with all the special touches and amenities you could think of. There is an inside shower, a beautiful outdoor shower, AND most unusually—a big bathtub in the room! This hotel is connected internally with the neighbouring Shongwe Oasis and the Shongwe Outlook Hotels with some shared features such as the Spa and the Sundowner Tower/Bar. But the most exceptional memory is the friendliness and helpfulness of ALL the staff. The restaurant is relaxed but professional with a manageable menu with good choices and our take-away memory from our final dinner is the superb new addition- the chocolate volcano cake with ice cream!
