N1 Hotel & Campsite Victoria Falls

Location was convenient. The room was very very small, and not clean. But once we told them, they came and cleaned it properly. There is no lift. It’s better to book rooms and activities with the hotel directly because there’s a huge price difference between what’s displayed online and what’s displayed in person.

Hotel is in a good location, walk to Victoria falls entrance roughly 700 m. Staff is kindness and ready to support on your requirement

Great location. Nice swimming pool and cafe. Next door good bar. Be prepared that’s rooms like in Japan without space for suitcase.

The location is excellent, right in the center of town and only about a 10 minute walk to the bridge. The room was just enough for a couple with two check-in-sized suitcases. The breakfast and coffee were good enough if you’re in a rush. However, there were a few issues during our stay. There was no hot water after about 5 minutes of showering each day. We stayed in a corner room facing the main road. From Friday to Sunday, between 7:30 PM and 11:00 PM, the restaurant across the street blasted loud music and non-stop chatter. Even with earplugs, the noise was still very noticeable…quite frustrating after a long day of travel. We asked to change rooms, but the receptionist said this was the best they had available.

Great, no nonsense hotel. Centrally located. Awesome bars and restaurants within the walking distance. Perfect for visiting the falls for both Zimbabwe and Zambia side.
