Bad interior, very rundown, and a lot of homeless people around the area.

Very clean room and friendly service. Could use a bigger TV 😏

The falicities are old, but the front desk staff is friendly. The room is dirty, and the floor of the washroom is sticky! Not recommended.

They didn’t gave me the room!!! And they took my money without refunding me!

I paid for the room in advance with my credit card. When checking in I was told that they don't accept the very card I paid with. I cannot contact anyone to refund my $261.56 for a room they did not rent me

Half the room had no power. Heaters didn’t work so it was cold.

The bed was very comfortable, I slept really well. Breakfast was mostly sweet but good. The coffees were also good.

The facilities are a bit old, the hotel has no elevator, making it inconvenient for large luggage. The location is decent, quite close to attractions. However, the hotel doesn't offer breakfast, and check-in time is strictly enforced, making early check-in virtually impossible.
