I used this hotel for a trip with a friend. We decided on it the day before and made a last-minute reservation, but the check-in process was smooth and it was great. I would definitely like to use it again when I go to Victoria!

The location is good, and the staff are friendly and helpful, but... although the restaurant is well-maintained, it's still a bit old.

Salomon Solomon, the staff was so rude and I almost had to pay 100 dollars more for the deposit because they rip me off. I barely got my deposit back the next day after talking to another staff member. The soundproofing was so bad that I could hear everything outside. If you have other options, just go somewhere else. I don't think I'll come back next time I travel.

The hotel front desk staff were incredibly friendly, making my stay pleasant! While not particularly clean, it felt a bit dated. However, it was still clean. There was no body wash, just basic soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The location was excellent! Victoria Inner Harbor, Parliament House, and the hot spots behind them were all within a 10-minute walk, making it easy to visit restaurants, bars, and cafes and then return home. There are also numerous bus stops nearby, and Beacon Hill Park is within walking distance or by bus! I highly recommend it.

I had to take a bus the next day, so I urgently looked for accommodation that met my needs, and this time I chose a room with a kitchen. The room was very large, comfortable and well soundproofed. There is also a swimming pool and a gym. Coffee is provided in the lobby, and the staff is simple and reasonable. However, the decoration is in an earlier American style. I wonder if you can accept it!

Since I went there during the hot season of summer, I didn’t notice that the website didn’t state that the hotel does not have in-room cooling air conditioning. There was a small fan in room 204, and the window could not be turned on for ventilation. I stayed for two nights. When I picked up the room, the hotel staff told me that the hotel had no vacancies and no room could be changed. Even contacting trip.com customer service could not solve the problem of changing hotels. I couldn't have a good rest on the first night. The lady on duty at night was empathetic and told me that the hotel was not fully booked. The hotel staff did not change the room until the next day when the hotel staff notified the manager. There was no western sun and ventilation. The hotel staff highly recommended 👍🏼 which made my trip to Victoria perfect. In summer, hotels without air conditioning are not recommended, and it is also recommended that websites state that there is no air conditioning.
