Lovely little hotel with very clean rooms. Modern decor. Overall great stay.

It was nice to stay there! The room was clean and quite spacious for two people, and the bathroom was very clean, which I really liked! But as soon as I entered the room, I heard some noise coming from the AC. There was a portable air conditioner, which I didn’t see in the pictures of the room on this app. I asked the front desk to change my room, but they couldn’t because the hotel was full. The light from outside also came through since the curtains weren’t blackout.

phenomenal experience at this amazing hotel. All the staff were so sweet and amazing. The indian front desk consoled us in the middle of the night at 4am when we thought the hotel was ******* (it wasn’t’t it’s just us). The hotel offered free gummy bears in the lobby, and when we asked for more, they gave us a whole bag!!! (1 kg, selling for 13 bucks on amazon) The gummies are also such good quality they melt right in my mouth when you put them in. The amenities are so chic and high quality i could eat a child. (my friend typed this idk what she meant) The kitchen equipment is also quite well. The staff also helped us scared a ghost away, we slept like a baby the second night after bathing in the tub. no ac was a bunmer tho.🤞🤞😩😩

Everything is great including location and services and amenities. The only downside is a little pricy compared with other hotels nearby. The hotel is doing a great job with its revenue management!

The Oswego Hotel is located in downtown Victoria just behind the beautiful Parliament building and the inner harbour. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming. We also had dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant which was convenient and tasty.

It was pleasant experience for us to stay here in Victoria. This place was quite close to legislature building, and fisherman’s wharf that my family mainly wanted to check.

This concierge charged me CAD 50 for a 40mins. delay in my check out. I thought this is very bad for a first timer and to think I have even ask for a late check out and they agree. I have stayed in many 5-stars hotel and this is by far the worst scam.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the Capitol and Fisherman's Wharf. The lobby is beautiful, and the service is excellent. The two-bedroom apartment is spacious. It's very convenient, as I didn't have to cook simple meals myself.

The most disgusting accommodation experience in my life. Very low cost performance. The room is big but not clean. The bathroom only has a bathtub. The water flow of the shower head is quite small. There is no other drain in the bathroom, so you can only stand in the bathtub. In addition, all the lights were on when I entered the room, which felt very strange. The most unbearable thing is that the check-out time is 11 am. I confirmed this again with the hotel front desk on the Ctrip platform and when I checked in. The front desk clerk even wrote it on a note for me. As a result, I went out for a walk in the morning and came back a few minutes after 10 o'clock. Suddenly I found that I couldn't find the room because I saw that the door of the room was wide open and it was hard to believe that it was my room. As a result, a waiter was cleaning and she said that I should check out at 10 o'clock, and threw away all my food and towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, hair bands and other daily necessities on the table. I went to the hotel front desk, but there was no specific explanation, which made me very angry.

Excellent hotel. Excellent service, convenient location, clean and well-maintained. The mattress is a bit soft and may not suit everyone. The shower water pressure is weak.

Environment: Quiet in a busy area, not far from the museum and the parliament hall. Hygiene: Clean and tidy Facilities: No air conditioning, only fans. It was a bit hot on a hot day, but the temperature dropped at night. The sofa bed was not comfortable enough and could only barely handle a good night's sleep.
