The breakfast was absolutely delicious: I could eat them omelette every day of my life. I also loved the range of bread options there were, so I wasn’t just eating toast all the time. The bed was beyond comfy. Regardless of the quality of the breakfast, there were times were I had to skip it because I couldn't get out of bed. Mind you, I had one whole bed to myself so you could imagine how good I felt in it - Isaiah

The view of the lagoon was nice, the room service and housekeepers were friendly, the front desk associated were “ usually” friendly . The food at the restaurant was nice also good. The main issue was the power at the hotel going off at least 3-4 times per day.

I was very pleased with the hotel and staff. Good job!
However given the location of the hotel, it is quite noisy once you leave the hotel and the entrance by car, feels like an accident just waiting to happen.

Unfortunately my room was ant ridden and there was a big red cockroach in the bathroom. I asked to move rooms and there were ants there too, on the floor and table.
The staff were very lovely, respectful and polite. The room size was great… Just a shame about the hygiene aspect.

This hotel and its staff truly set the standard for exceptional service in Lagos. Everyone was friendly and enthusiastic about assisting me with everything I needed to create a wonderful birthday experience for my husband. I appreciated the wide range of services available and the straightforward check-in process. I'm pleased to say that the hotel is quite safe, as a room key is required to access any floor. I really like that! I plan to book another room soon.
