The staff are warm and polite. The room I stayed was beautiful, and they have a great location. But I think they should work more on the damp corridors, make it smell fresher, also brightened up. In all, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it.

The ambiance is outstanding, the staff are very professional and the overall hospitality measures up to international standard. The meals are well prepared especially the complimentary breakfast. Do continue to maintain and raise the standard.

I really enjoyed and appreciate the staff's of the hotel in terms of delivery,performing,and swift response to customer complaints most especially the IT teams kudos to the guys..I really enjoyed it..
