The furniture in the room are definitely old! The toilet not always working properly , the AC very noisy! Restaurant order and than forget , in average take over 1h Some staff are nice but in general not great attitude. Apologise are always welcome but better to come with a tangible and concrete apologise as a discount or other! Like this is clear fake and not sincere ….
